1. All carcases are weighed and graded to Ausmeat Standard Carcass Trim.
2. All stock to be delivered in a clean and hygenic manner. Any non-compliant Stock shall be returned to property of origin at vendors expense.
3. JBS Australia will purchase livestock only from vendors PICs who are fully accredited under the Livestock Assurance Program (LPA) administered by Ausmeat. By agreeing tosell Livestock to JBS Australia the vendor warrants that it holds such accreditation. JBS Australia the right at its discretion to reject or downgrade livestock supplied by Vendors who do not comply. A LPA National Vendor Declaration (NVD) 2013 edition correctly completed is required for each consignment of livestock.
4. Product derived from these animals, is free of all disease and contaminates i.e. pesticide, and is passed fit for human consumption in export markets.
5. Livestock not in the same vendors ownership for 30 days, may incur residue testing charges.
6. Hoggets (animals that have broken teeth as per the Ausmeat language) shall be priced on the Sheep Grid, ie not Milk Tooth.
7. Delivery to JBS Australias nominated Processing Plant at Vendors Expense.
8. Skins will be tendered on the vendors behalf by JBS Australia to enable the best price available on current market values.
9. Subject to inspection by a JBS Australia Livestock Representative or nominated person 10 days prior to delivery.
10. In the event of grass seed infestation of the carcase, deductions of up to $1 per kg may occur.
